I recently purchased a 2019 Jetta from Matt. I had a concern with the turbo from a fault code and he put it in writing that he would take care of it if it returned. I did not expect that and thought I was going to walk from the deal but Matt was very honest and was very fair on his pricing and I would recommend him to family and friends.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Felco Motors in Brantford. I had some concerns with the damage to the windshield. One of the chips was quite large. I was advised by the dealer it will pass safety although others told me it should be replaced. After speaking with Matt regarding this he decided to replace the windshield to keep this transaction a positive one. At the end of the day the dealer did not have to technically replace the windshield but still did so to keep his customer happy. I appreciate the professionalism behind the situation that could of gone a different direction. He also ordered a touch up of paint from BMW for me free of charge.

Purchased a car from Matt about 2 months ago. Car was priced fairly and as described. After purchase, the next morning there was a lot of condensation in one headlight that was not there when we looked at the vehicle or when we picked it up. Matt had the issue fixed and haven’t had a problem since. I would deal with Matt again.

Matt sold me a great vehicle and unfortunately it’s clutch was burned out and within the basic 30 day coverage he fixed it for me ! Keep up that customer service and you have no ceilings to potential. Thank you Felco Motors.

For years I’ve always got my vehicles (BMWs, Chevrolets, Hondas) serviced here as I have had some pretty big issues and Alan has always been a huge help and puts his customers first. Could not be happier and have my full faith in his excellent workmanship whatever the case may be. Have got jobs done as small as an oil change to getting a windshield replaced, water pump replaced, a engine valve cover replacement, you name it and everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend Alan and I have my complete trust in him.
